Warning with this guy. He’s a scammer. He stole my money, I asked him for a refund、I’m still waiting. I have saved all the e-mails、captures of the chat assuring me that he would return my money.
This guy (Rob) is a scammer.
We have a 7 day, no questions asked full refund policy… This is a joke.
He charged to me some invoices without authorization、when I have requested a refund he has deceived me, … I am still waiting for him.
For the amount (thankfully) I have not reported it to MasterCard for fraudulent charges, it is not worth spending time on this scammer. But at least I will warn others so that they are not scammed. I have proof, … both captures of the tickets、captures of the chat where he tells me that he will return my money.
